Terms and Conditions

Session Availability & Scheduling

  • • Bookings: 24hr notice (72hrs for weekends)
  • • Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Mon-Fri (Standard hours)
  • • Premium OOH: Min 2 hours outside standard hours
  • • Min Duration: 1 hour per session
  • • Room Restriction: 1 room per scheduled hour

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • • Basic/Standard: 1 change per month
  • • Premium: 3 changes per month
  • • 24hr notice required for all changes
  • • No-shows result in session loss
  • • Rollovers require active membership
